The contest features London’s former IBF flyweight champion up against Tokyo 2020 Olympic Gold Medallist, who makes his hometown ring appearance. The pair battles it out for the interim WBC 112 lbs title.
Going through the ropes for the second time in 2024, Sunny Edwards targets his second win in a row. Birmingham’s southpaw Galal Yafai also fights for the second time this year and looks to remain undefeated. The bout is scheduled for 12 rounds at flyweight.
